While the percussion motion works well, and the extension is great, the weight of this massager is just too heavy for me to use. I need a massager that is light enough and long enough to reach over my shoulder and hit those knots just below the shoulder blade. I'm returning mine and continuing the search for a lighter version of this one.Product Review: works well

This works well. I could use the heat function a little hotter though. And, it's a bit tough to maneuver.
