Product Reviews of Homedics BKP-200/BKP-200A 10 Motor Back Massager with Heat, BlackProduct Review: Homedic back massager Summary: 5 Stars
I read other reviews and decided on this one. For the price it is more than reasonable. I am going to buy another one for travel. I use this one at work. The only negative is it slides down and Homedics could fix this with two straps that are attached to the top of the massager and then can be attached to the side strap.
Product Review: Homedics Massager Summary: 4 Stars
The product is very good for the price. I've had one similar to this one, but had more features, therefore, it cost more. This one doesn't have an on off button, just turns on at each position of the massager. It also doesn't shut off automatically after a certain time. I sometimes fall asleep in the chair with it on. It has good vibration and feel it does a good job of massaging. If I leave a position or two turned off, the other ones become stronger.

I like the product. I enjoy using it on a daily basis. It seems to help my backaches.
Product Review: Homemedic and My Back Summary: 5 Stars
Love my Homemedic massager with heat. Soothes my back and helps muscles relax and heal.
Product Review: Manual: "DO NOT use this product for more than 15 minutes at a time..." Summary: 2 Stars
I initially wanted a heated cushion but when I saw that I could get both the heater and the massager very inexpensively, I bought this product. The massager is what you could expect: 10 motors (2 for the seat, 4 for the lower back, 2 for the middle and 2 for the upper back) controlled with four individual "Off-Low-High" switches. However, the heat is only available in the lower-back portion (I wish they said that before I bought it). And that brings me to the page 4 from the manual: "...please allow 5-10 minutes for heat to reach maximum temperature". From the same page: "DO NOT use this product for more than 15 minutes at a time. Extensive use could lead to the product excessive heating and shorter life... ". In other words, you have to wait for 5-10 minutes for the product to heat and then you can use it at most another 5-10 minutes. Make sure you read the one-star review: "We plugged it in, and it worked fine for about twenty minutes. Then it stopped working, and the motor started overheating. There was a strong burnt odor well after we turned it off."
