Mine worked great for two months and then the moter burnt out. I loved it when it worked though. I am considering trying to get warranty service, but i'm sure I will have to pay shipping and wait for a 4 week turnaround.. :(Product Review: could be better

I returned this product after trying it out, and bought a different full size back massager--which I kept. The shiatsu mechanism is a good idea, however there are better products out there that give you a better massage. I asked myself the question when I saw this on QVC - how is that going to work on your back when it's shaped like a C (a shallow curved C)...whose back is shaped like that? ...well, I was right - it doesn't work. It doesn't hit your back right - it doesn't work on your shoulders - it's just no good. It doesn't even get warm when you turn on the heat. Don't buy this - buy something else, but not this. Unless you want to massage the back of your thighs - it should be great for that. bleh...Product Review: helps my back pain but...

This is a great lumbar support that has heat and it has helped my back problem. I use it in my office and use it 8 hours a day. It's pretty cold in the office so the heating feature is a comfortable thing to have. I love the massager... feels mechanical and not human massaging but it definitely is better than nothing. A great product - however, the build quality is not as I expected.Product Review: highly reccomendable

I didn't have much time to try this product when i got it at home so I decided to bring it at work.I'm in the healthcare industry and performs some lifting almost everyday.So when i got my break,I plugged the product right away to try it and...PRESTO!...this is great!plus the amount of heat coming from the rotating balls (2) is just enough to give you that nice feeling. Since then ,whenever I feel that stiffness at my lowerback, i use it!In fact ,I"m using it right now as i make this review!Wonderful!
