Customer Review: Another mistake sent out without a final quality check

The large box arrived and the box containing the actual oil diffuser was laid sideways inside. The 2 vials with fragrance were evidently not sealed and laying them inside the shipping box sideways caused the oil to leak out. This is irritating and doesn't make sense and it's obvious that there is no final/quality check.
