I bought this product to help keep track of my cholesterol without expensive Dr's tests. First, this didn't work very well and took a long time (30 mins or more) of thumping the test on a flat surface to even begin reading. I called the 800 number probided for help and got a machine saying they were closed even though it was within the hours they said they were open. I left a message and never got a response. The test never ended with results. I have a 2nd test to use, but not sure all the time and effort I spent (and pain pricking finger) are worth it since it really doesn't work. I follewed the directions exactly and was very disappointed it was a failure.
