This is a great product for those who are looking for a tasty meal on the go. They don't really keep you full for several hours. I suggest an appetite suppressant as well. I lost 5 lbs in a week and with a shrunken stomach and decreased food intake I have kept them off for 2 weeks so far. There are better options if you have the time. I got these because I am constantly on the go and don't have time to make small meals like oatmeal or something all day. If you have time for that I recommend it because this is unnecessarily expensive. This was great for a week but I found that eating cookies all day gets old after a while.

The Hollywood Cookie Diet works because it is a low calorie diet based on caloric restriction by meal replacement and portion control. Each cookie is also a good source of fiber and protein. Based on the recommended 4 cookies per day (approximately 600 calories) and a light sensible dinner (approximately 800 calories), the average person who was consuming 3000 calories (or more) per day will lose approximately 15 pounds per month.
