i have been eating these for the past few months (over 6 months) i really love these cookies i have to admit even i think that the price is a bit much but given how good they taste and the fact that these cookies are about 140-150 calories i dont mind paying the price for them. Actually to be honest i go nuts when they run out and given the fact that I do not live in the us and amazon is really my only source for these cookies knowing i can't run to the store and pick them up is very difficult i actually ate my last cookie today so i'm going to be very moody soon lol. What i do however is i dont eat 4 cookies every day i usually have one for breakfast or dinner sometimes if i need a snack they are individually wrapped so good on the go. I have combined these with south beach diet bars for the past few months and i love them btw yes they do help with weight loss but only if you are realistic try combining them with a low calorie diet and some exercise and you will surely get the results you are looking for but i promise u try these especially the chocolate chip ones they are worth it !!!!!!
