I used it for 3 days (did a 72 hour fast) and it works wonders, as I lost about 10lbs (majority water weight as with most crash diets, so only about 5 stayed off) in that 72 hours. Works the same as your typical juice fast, I didn't feel any sort of detox happening. Hence the 4 stars, its a good product, juice tastes really good but I will opt for veggie broth on my next fast as I feel its a more healthy calorie intake than the fruit juices in this drink. As with any juice or liquid fast, please use with discretion. Overall, if you choose to use this product correctly, you should expect to see results.Product Review: Probably works

Ive tried this twice and each time I got so dizzy I had to eat something. So I would have a salad for dinner. Each time I only lost 1 pound.
