Product Review: how disappointing

I was very disappointed when I opened the box because the fountain was not made of copper but of plastic to resemble copper. Then the pump was noisy and only worked for 15 minutes. I will be returning this fountain back as soon as I find out how to.Product Review: poor

While the fountain does what it's supposed to do,
the color in the photo is is not the color of
the unit itself. It's brown, plastic, and looks
cheap. I don't understand where the copper comes
from until you turn it on. The light gives it a
bit of copper color. Also, the stones around the
base. You can't even cover a quarter of it. I
have to buy more.
Overall, I guess you get what you pay for, however,
I have paid less and gotten more.

This is a really nice fountain with a bronzish color to it. The sound of the flowing water is perfect; not too loud but not too soft either. The size of the fountain is great as well. My only complaints are: a) not enough rocks come with it and b) i haven't been able to find replacement lights for it. once the lights wore off the fountain was just not the same... the lights on it have a lovely orangy glow vs bright white which is really nice.. but what good is it if the lights can't be replaced?! overall i give this a 3 because i was only able to use it for so long and then it became obsolete due to the lack of lighting.Product Review: pretty but loud

I got this for xmas last year and was really excited. I love the looks of it, and I really like the lights. Very relaxing. But the thing gets kind of loud. To keep it quiet, you have to keep adjusting the rocks to stop vibration or add so much water that it splashes out. The vibration/motor noise is often louder than the water noise. I've also had a problem getting hard water stains off. I do still use this, but I am actually on here trying to find a quieter replacement...
