I was interested in the product because of the time projection on the ceiling during the evening. Little did I know that it would become a source of entertainment for my cat. Each evening before bedtime when I flip the switch for the projection he has to perch and swat at the beam of light projection the numbers to the ceiling until he's comfortable that he can't get it. In the mornings when the alarm goes off to the rain forest sounds, he hears the birds chirping and has to check out the radio trying to "see" the birds. I am so glad that I purchased this clock! I love the ability to wake up to something "natural". Thanks! Who would have thought that you could ENJOY an alarm clock!Product Review: Everybody wants one!!

I first encountered this little jewel during a vacation to a relative's home. He set up the clock as part of my "deluxe accomodations". I immediately fell in love with the projection feature. The soft blue lighting is most appealing. When I returned home, I bought one for my own bedroom. My two daughters thought it was so cool that it became a must have item on their Christmas lists. I just bought another for my older sister this Christmas. I haven't experienced any problems with the clock, radio, or projection mechanism. I have owned mine for three or four years and it is still going strong. The "nature sounds" are subject to personal preference. I don't use them but my daughters (11 and 14 years of age) both have used them and seem to like them. If something happened to the one I have... I'd buy another as fast as I could find one!Product Review: Evil in a box

When on vacation, we realized we had forgotten our daughters white noise machine, we went to a nearby walgreens and this was the only white noise machine choice.
The recorded sounds are extremly poor quality. The green numbers in front and the projection are too bright. The lights completely filled the room, it seemed there was no way to escape the surface-of-the-sun-bright lights. We ended up having to throw a big bath towel over it, which dimmed the lights but also drowned the sounds.

This clock radio is perfect for me. It is exactly what I was after when I bought it. The nature sounds are great, and you can set them to turn off after 15, 30 or 60 minutes... well after I am asleep.
The projected time on the ceiling is great too. I don't have to sit up in bed to see what time it is.
I recommend this product to anyone. What else can I say?
