Okay, so it's a bit large and cumbersome, but it's powerful and efficient and it does the job. I highly recommend this item and the price was amazing. Lots of extra attachments if you need them, but I find that the soft massage attachment does almost everything. I specifically bought this because my neck was tied up in knots and after using this only twice in that area my problem was solved. Great product!!!Product Review: Oh Baby, Does That Feel Good!

I got mine yesterday and it seems just fine to me. The heat feature in not HOT it is just warm on mine. The read heat heads seem to work fine. I work out a lot so the heavy thumping some have referred to seems just fine to me. Overall seems like a fine buy.
