It is easy to use. I enjoy the variety of intensity the various massage heads provide. Two minor drawbacks -- the massager is a little heavy and the heat isn't very hot. Overall, I am pleased and, for the price, would recommend it.Product Review: Just as promised

This is a WONDEREFUL product. I was hesitant to order because the price was so GREAT but read the other reviews and decided to go for it. It worked wonders on myself and my husband. My husband is 215 pounds of muscle and it really helped him as well.Product Review: Love this product !

All I can say is...This is the BEST massager I have ever owned and the cost was cheaper than one trip to the Massage Therapist !....
My Husband and I have serious back problems(5 surgeries).
We both go to a massage therapist at least once a week at the cost of close to $100.00 per week just to get a little releif from the stiffness and tension that builds up.
Our therapist just recently purchased a professional massager similar to the feel of this one, she said it cost over a $1000.00.
I think this Homedics PA-400H feels better than her Professional unit.
The only bad thing about it, It's fairly heavy and somewhat bulky.
You really need a second person to help when using for your back.
It has a timer of approx. 15-20 minutes,so we just take turns.
It also has about a 7+ foot cord which makes it easy to plug in just about anywhere.
The handle rotates 360 degrees, has 3 pulse modes,fixed pulse with 8 settings from light to heavy with or without heat.
The massager comes with various massage tips that screw on and off,tips can adjust from 3 to about 5 inches apart.
The massager unit comes with a large nylon bag to keep it in, with small individual zippered compartments on the outside, labeling the various tips.
Now... The only bad thing I have found, you have to unplug the unit from the wall socket because it gives off a constant low hum thats fairly annoying if you don't unplug it.
