No problems with the product. Comes well packaged and includes a carrying bag so you can conveniently store all the attachements in one location. This version has a number of different programs and speeds allowing a variety of therapies depending on your individual preferences. I hate this new model. It has almost NO POWER compared to the old version. When they made the heads adjustable they changed the power of the motor or something and it's worthless. I wish they would start making the old model again. It was awesome!!!!!!! It had tons of power and you really got a good massage. It was more like a professional model. Don't buy this one. Save your money and hope they come back with the old model. Anyone giving this product a good review must work for the company.Product Review: I want a massage, not strength training!

This thing is waaaay too heavy. Forget trying to massage your back with it. The rotating option doesn't help either. Along with the vibration, weight, and clunkiness, it is impossible to get a relaxing massage out of it. Could be useful when massaging another person, but self-use is not recommended. It's too bad because it is a powerful massager with lots of add-ons and modes.Product Review: If I wanted a club from the middle ages, I would have bought one!

Beware of this product, it's the size of a club from the middle ages. You can kill someone with this thing! With two hands, it's still hard to maneuver since it's so big and heavy. A horrible, clunky thing that will serve no purpose but knocking someone out.
