I get easy headaches when the pressure systems change and it closes my ears, but last month I just had brain surgery. With this being said I am always trying to keep my ears open and it even allows me to lay on my head without closing my ears and it kills the pressure by helping me heal the scar on my head at the same time. I love this thing!!!! If you have any problems with your face, head, or neck, I guarantee it will help you.Product Review: Does not fit my neck

This product is not for people who have thick necks. Having the size of the pillow would have been a great help.
The foam does NOT soften with body heat is uncomfortable. I did not return it as I found it useful as a pillow between my knees as I sleep.
I do not recommend this product as a neck pillow.

Just what I had ordered, but its a little firm for me. Not so comfortable if you like soft pillows. It does adjust to ur body just as it should, but the part where the neck is placed is too small.Product Review: Feels REALLY Good

I tend to sleep with my head turned to one side or the other and wake up with a stiff neck. Finally found a pillow that will keep my head in place! No more achey neck!!!
