Product Review: IT HELPS MY POSTURE AND BACKACHE! Two Thumbs Up!!

I am a petite person and finding this lumbar support cushion really helps my posture whenever I sit in front of the computer. I tried using this cushion with other chairs in the house, it doesn't perform as well as my office chair. I used to get backache when I sit too long in front of my computer(yes, we all need to get up and move around every 1/2 an hour or so), now that I find myself free of these aches and discomforts, thanks to this great lumbar support cushion. It hugs my lower back and keep it in place so I don't do any funny position unintentionally. And I love the idea of removable cover! This cushion is fairly firm. If you have GOOD or EXCELLENT posture, I'd say you might be looking at the right lumbar cushion. If you have poor posture and have a tendancy to lean back in your chair and put your full weight on a cushion...then, this is NOT the lumbar pillow you want. Within five minutes it is flattened to less than 1/2 inch. It will re-inflate for you...HOWEVER...five minutes after that...it's pancake time again.
One MUST consider one's posture when looking at this cushion! If I had it to do over again...I'd move on to the next kind. Don't like this thing...AT ALL!

I use this one primarily for my car. It does press me out too far to start with but after a few minutes the foam compresses and it settles at an appropriate spot. I bought a different lumbar cushion for an office chair. I liked this one best in the car, while I liked the other one (with a hard back and different cushion... not just foam) for an office chair.Product Review: Keeps lower back stable while supportive

I read that there were issues regarding the sides of this lumbar pillow... but I like how they stabilize my lower back and keep it from moving side to side. I have had several back surgeries, the most recent one a few months ago... so I needed a pillow that could give me more support while sitting up...as well as stabilize my back from moving independently from my hips. This pillow allows me to sit on the couch without pain... sit at the computer chair... etc. I have a smaller lumbar pillow already for driving.
My only complaint that it is covered with a nice soft WHITE fabric. The white will be sure and get dirty easily...but is removable and machine washable/tumble dry.
I am six feet tall and around 175lbs. It fits me fine. I really like the adjustable elastic band on the back to keep in place on your chair.

I like these pillows so much I've purchased two - one for my computer chair and the other for my car. They mold to your shape but are substantial enough to still provide support to my lower back. My back has been feeling so much better lately. :)
