Let's face it, these things just have to "click" with your particular issue. i have degenerative disc disease in my neck & lower back. This pillow makes driving comfortable & I have just ordered a second one for my office chair. It really helps me sit for longer periods of time. It has a removable, washable cover (I do wish it wasn't white though). I give it 5 stars!
