Bought this from Amazon for my granddaughter who had strained her back and had a 10 hour auto trip to do. She said it worked perfectly, far better than another back support (from a medical supply company) that she had. VERY HARD TO FIND A PILLOW FOR BACK PROBLEMS-- THE OLD "TOO HARD, TOO SOFT"-- FOR ME THIS IS JUST RIGHT.!! I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE TO FIRM AS OTHERS I HAVE TRIED, BUT THIS DOES SOFTEN OR CONTOUR TO YOUR BACK.. VERY COMFORTABLE AND EFFECTIVE IN KEEP THE POSTURE.. ONLY DRAWBACK IS ON AN OFFICE CHAIR.. THE PILLOW STRAP DOES NOT FIT AND FOR MY LEATHER CHAIR, THE PILLOW DOES SHIFT--ON ANY OTHER CHAIR.. PERFECT POSTURE WITHOUT THE FRILLS.. This pillow makes my back feel so lovingly supported! I had no idea how good it would feel to have lumbar support. I use it in my car, a Honda Civic 2-door. It does require me to push the seat back a bit further from the steering wheel, but it works. The elastic strap definitely doesn't fit over or around the car seat. But again, I don't mind.
