I ordered this knee pillow to replace my worn out one. I prefer traditional foam to the memory foam- the memory foam is too hard and in the cold weather it gets extra hard because of the cooler temps in my home.Product Review: Okay for taller people; pillow a little hard

I am 5 foot 3 and I bought this pillow since to relieve hip pain associated with being pregnant. The pillow is hard and I find that it is too large to put between my legs comfortably. It does open up, but I think a regular pillow works better.Product Review: Perfect

The pillow fits between your legs to keep your knees from touching when you sleep. It dose this vary nice. It is a little bit firm but vary nice. thay are the only ones I found that make that shape pillow. It is vary comfortable.

I've found that sleeping with a knee pillow helps my lower back issues. The one I was previously using was so thin that it was almost like not using anything. This is a heavier, sturdier pillow and works well for me. It is a little bit cumbersome when moving around at night, but eventually you learn to keep your knees together when you turn, etc., and the pillow stays with you. There were a couple of comments about it being too big, and I agree, if you're built smaller, that might be an issue. Overall, an excellent product for my needs.
