My wife has major medical problems and we bought this to relieve pain in her neck and shoulders. We also bought the HoMedics NMSO-100 neck and shoulder massagers and a HoMedics QRM-400H back massager and they work well in combination to relieve pain and stress. Our only complaint is that there is a small area of the upper back that neither units reaches effectively. In combination they are a great product that works as advertised. I would not hesitate to recommend them both to our friends.
