- Water gets cold very quickly
- bubble wand doesn't work all the time, especially when your feet are resting on the bottom
- if you're expecting a salon quality finish on your feet, then don't buy this and just go to a professional
- hand wand is very loud
- if you're not careful, you can burn your skin and nails in a matter of seconds when using the various parts for the hand wand
- this item is not worth the price tag on it and should be lowered
