This is such a great product, I just love it. It's not like the one's with the metal balls that dig into your back (I have one of those too and I also love it, but this is a very different kind of product), this is a comfy and relaxing chair that is perfect for bed (great when you're reading) or you can put up against a coffee table (great for watching TV if you sit on the floor - and also great if you play video games).
The arms fold down and the back stays up when there is no pressure, but when you are using it, it definitely needs to be pressed up against something as it will not support you on its own. It's so cool though, there's even a little drink holder in the armrest. The chair is great (and so comfortable) with or without the massage on. The massage is activated by pressing a conveniently located button on the armrest. It's really more like a nice soothing (quiet) vibration running over your back while you read, watch TV, play games, meditate or just sit quietly and relax.
I love this chair; my mom and I actually bought them for each other for Christmas (so we each have one) and we bought one for my sister-in-law too! I use mine a lot and my mom uses hers every day!

This was my second purchase of this product. I was very happy with the first one and unable to purchase it from the original place. Finding it on Amazon was a blessing. It works great for people who have back problems that need the bed rest but still in a seated position. Also, for those who have acid reflux, it puts you in a upright position without having to get up out of your bed and sit in a recliner. Best of all, upon purchase, I didn't have to pay shipping because I qualified for the super saver shipping. It worked out GREAT! I highly recommmend this product.Product Review: Must have!!!

This Back Rest has a nice, neutral color and the fabric is nice as well. I particularly like that I can fold it so it doesn't take up much space when not in use. I haven't used the massager so I can't say much about that, but the seat itself provides good upright support. Overall, I'm quite pleased with my purchase and would recommend the product.Product Review: Nice way to relax!

This item makes it great for you to be able to sit back in bed and watch a movie with no pain. Very comfortable. I don't use the massager but the chsir itself is well worth it. I'm actually buying another one for my grandma today!
