I am 22 years old and already have a horrible lower back. Any physical labor wrecks havoc on my back and it creates sharp pains in my lower back for months after.
I do exercises every morning, visit the chiropractor, and still have pain. I got this product yesterday, and while it didn't "feel" amazing, I woke up this morning and my back had a substantially lower pain level.
On the surface, it seemed to irritate my skin as it is tender to the touch, but that is a small price to pay for pain relief. I only hope it's effectiveness remains.

This item is great value for the money! It's most effective placed in a chair where it can shiatsu massage your lower back to upper shoulders. It also is a nice foot massager. It's heaven for those with back pain and is a good value stand in until the QRM-400 comes out. It could also be used for targeted massage if held by a partner.Product Review: Great for fibromyaglia

I have fibromyalgia and this product is the only one that can work my muscles properly. I can lie on the machine using my own body weight as pressure. I have ordered this product three different times and worn it out each time. They have recently improved it, so hopefully it will last much longer this time, as the rotating massage balls are very heavy and the fabric is stronger.
