I really like this massager. I use it mainly on the couch and raise or lower it to different points on my back. I would prefer to own a massaging chair with rollers, but this is a cheap alternative that feels very nice. It is a great foot massager, too.Product Review: Works well

I often get tension in my neck, and this works well at relieving that. The only inconvenience is that you are supposed to use it sitting up. That isn't a big deal for the back, but it is really difficult for the neck. I have found that if I lay down and turn the cushion upside-down, that it works well on my neck.Product Review: Worth the money!

This year I bought three Homedics products. The Recliner Massage Chair, the QRM-400 back massager, and this unit (the BKK-100). Of the three the BKK-100 was the best investment. The chair was a waste of time, money, and space, and went south a few weeks ago, so it went out in the trash. I still use the QRM-400, and am in the process of buying another BKK-100 Cushion. The only fault I found with the BKK had to do with the way the power cord attaches to the cushion. Usually they beef up power cords at the point of attachment for protection. The cushion does get moved around a lot during normal use, and can put stress on the cord at this point. A few weeks ago mine shorted out at this point (with a loud bang and a flash of light). Since it was unrepairable I decided to buy another one. I found it to be the best thing for my lower back and shoulder/neck pain. It also saves me trips to the chiropractor. I will keep an eye on the power cord this time, maybe reinforce the cord with some tape where it attaches to the cushion.Product Review: a little bulky for me

this feels nice while it's on, but you sure can't just sit there after you turn it off...it's way too bulky and uncomfortable to keep in your chair all the time. So, you have to move it back and forth when you want to use it and that can get old. I'd prefer something I could just turn off and on and leave in the chair all the time, but it does give a nice massage when I take the time to hook it up.Product Review: don't bother

this product is awful. It is heavy, uncomfortable and cumbersome. You can't relax while using it, because you are constantly repositioning yourself (or the cushion) because it actually starts to hurt if you don't! Do not waste your money. I sent mine back today.
