I got this for my daughter who gets migraines from neck and shoulder tension. She says nothing short of going to a chiropractor has given her this much relief in years. She also likes the fact that she can use it on any part of her body. After a long day her legs often ache so she lays it on the floor and places her calves on it and relieves the tension. It is a race between her and her husband at the end of each day to see who gets to use it first.
