Not as strange a feeling as I expected when I tried this product... it was really quite easy and not uncomfortable at all. I was definitely pleased with the results! You don't realize how much better you can smell things until you try it with clean sinuses. The kit has everything you need to get going for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this, especially for those with allergy or sinus problems. I suffer from neither, however, and have also benefitted from using the Neti pot.Product Review: Might be what you're looking for

My sinus get plugged up due to allergies and since I have been using the neti pot twice a week I have found that it seems to reduce my allergy symptoms. Also I have not had to blow my nose nearly as much. It takes a little getting used to and I was frustrated the 1st 3 or 4 times I used it but once I figured out how to tilt my head correctly I had no issues.Product Review: Neti Makes a Difference

SinuCleanse Nasal Wash System, Unbreakable Neti Pot With Salt Packets
I didn't get much sinus relief from the Neti Pot, but it is a good way to wash out your sinus cavity. Who would believe that you can make yourself a fountain in your bathroom mirror? That is, you can pour water into one nostril, breathe through your mouth, and see the water come back out the opposite nostril. We should've seen this in high school science class.
