This product is truly amazing. It helps clear out accumulated mucus and opens up the nasal passages. I can now breathe easily through both nostrils. I've been able to give up the steady diet of Excedrin because of constant headaches; I've also give up Mucinex. You can really feel clean and refreshed after using this. I use twice daily, sometimes a third treatment if there is more accumulated mucus to flush out of my system. It only takes a few uses to get the hang of it. Read the directions because it's important that the water be warm, not hot and not cold. Extreme water temperatures can make your sinus problems worse. I strongly recommend this product. As per my ENT, my son developed a RAGING double middle ear infection and sinus infection from the Neti Pot. We are not the first he's seen of this. My son is miserable and needs to be on antibiotics because of the Neti Pot. He is in a lot of pain. I would never recommend this product.
