I've been hearing about this thing for the past year or so and recently some people have recommended it to me because of my year-long allergies. I was at the end of my rope and decided to overcome my fear of drowning and buy a Neti Pot. It was so worth it! It's so easy to do and clears my head. I've only been using it a couple of weeks, but the difference is so pronounced! It can't hurt to try and I guarantee you'll love it!!!
