There is a pretty big difference in using just warm salt water and using the warm salt water with this solution. It has a nice scent and it makes using the neti pot a little nicer. its also a pretty good quantity for how much you use per wash, so it should last a while.Product Review: Smells great, feels nice, seems to be working

I bought this to help with the upcoming allergy season. The fragrance when you open it is great - lots of menthol and eucalyptus. Use 1/2 dropper full per neti pot of salted water, so the little bottle will last about a month if you use 1 pot per nostril and about 2 months if you do a half pot. This is a pleasant additive to the neti pot. It doesn't burn or smell strong. Time will tell as to whether or not it will prevent a sinus infections.
