Product Review: Did not receive the Item advertised. Bad Customer Service!

I ordered the Ceramic pot and instead received a very cheap plastic version. When I called their customer support, they acknowledged the mistake and said that I could return the ones received and they would send the correct ones. At this point it had already been a week later since they were ordered and I was not gonna wait a week to receive the Return envelope, wait a week for them to receive it, and another week for them to send the correct Item. So I told the guy that I would keep the cheap ones and I demanded some sort satisfaction. Also, keep in mind, after these were on Oprah's show the price went up 3 dollars and the guy kept insisting that I would have to pay the difference since the price went up. Long story short, he said he would send me some gifts for my trouble...3 weeks later, I still have yet to receive anything. I'm Still waiting...Overall, SAVE your money, blow your nose! Because you really do not need this product.Product Review: Doing Neti is "acquired" skill, but this pot helps a long way..

Not a lot of people are crazy about doing Neti, specially after they try it once! Very natural to feel "gross".. :-)
But if you can do it right (hopefully you learn this under watchful eye of Yoga instructor) & stick to doing this regularly, benefits far outweigh the so called "trauma" of the process. You can do your own research on benefits of Neti..
This Pot helps a long way to do it right, of course it is up to you to make sure you follow the right steps, use clean sanitized water & use proper salt etc.
Pot is well designed ,has a correct footprint, easy to clean, easy to hold(just don't drop it, it will break). As usual you can't beat Amazon price.

To be fair, this product is attractive, and it worked well 9formed a proper seal and poured smoothly). The ceramic certainly seems better quality than a plastic one.
The reason I didn't give it more stars is that it didn't work for me. I just wanted to warn people that neti pots aren't for everyone. I love the idea of a neti pot because I hate putting any more chemicals into my body than I already do in everyday life. I have seasonal allergies and expected that no harm could come from a simple nasal irrigation, which has been done for centuries.
I used this pot for a few weeks last year, and then for a few days this year. Both times I was hoping to alleviate sinus headaches that come with my seasonal allergies. And both times I ended up giving myself a horrible cold that resulted in even more sinus headaches. This might have just been my experience, but I've since gotten rid of the neti pot and resorted to sudafed.

I have sinus problems which are cured by using a saline solution which I buy in a bottle. However, my problems are serious to seek this remedy which was recommended by Dr. Oz on the Oprah show. The sinus irrigation has been very effective and I highly recommend it. The product mentioned here provides a large quantity of the correct kind of salt and is easy to use with ample instructions. It has been a God-send.

While watching the Oprah show on a day when Dr. Oz was on, I was very interested in his suggestion to use a netti pot for people who suffer from sinus problems or even colds. I had never seen a netti pot prior to this show although my doctor long ago recommended "snorting salt water" which is easier said than done. So I purchased this product and have highly recommended it ever since. My daughter and son-in-law, who both suffer from sinus problems, use it daily during the spring time and also highly recommended this product. Once again Dr. Oz was true to his word......
