Product Review: A Waste of Money

I am so disappointed in this product. I read the good reviews and expected a lovely, warm soothing foot bath. The water grew tepid almost instantaneously from the hot that I put in. It sprayed a significant amount of water on the floor in the brief time that I used it. All the "things" that it does? It has two: on and off. Don't bother. Let's start off with the misleading product reviews. Apparently the seller changed the item they sold from one that heats the water to a cheaper product that doesn't heat the water. It is now just "Keep Warm Heat." They didn't remove the glowing reviews however, and if you're not careful, you'll think you are ordering the better unit. The majority of the reviews for this product are for a product that is not actually being sold. I'm pretty sure that's not how product reviews are supposed to work.
Not only that, but the downgraded product doesn't even do what it is is actually supposed to do - "Keep Warm Heat." I put hot water into it, ran the product, and ended up with cold water and cold feet. And the three spa attachments don't stay on. Apply a little pressure from your foot (as directed) and they pop right off and fly across the room.
So I paid for a product based on reviews for a different product, and ended up with a paperweight that doesn't even work as well as the standard bathtub that came free with my house. And this product is significantly pricier than its competitors.
Don't waste your money.

"BEST FOOT SPA EVER! My priority was HEAT. Every previous spa I purchased with heat, said it would keep the water warm...not. This one I could not even use on high for very long. Advertised as "Ultimate Water Heat Up" and that is exactly what you get. Also of increased value that did not even affect my purchase decision was the multiple "rotating" attachments that store in the unit as well as the removable "arch rollers" under the water. I'm sending one to my mother to replace hers that does not work either. I ordered this as a present from "DiscountsJungle" and did not receive the item advertised on this page. It looks nothing like what's in the picture and according to the instruction booklet, nor does it heat cold water. When I questioned them about it, I was told 'it was the only one they have in stock'. I can return it, but I have to insure it at my expense. I hope Amazon.com is paying attention to this, because I can't imagine it helps their credibility. How do I know which merchant to order the correct item from?
Update: After receiving my return, I noticed they changed the picture on the website, but their description of the product is still inaccurate.
Final Update: I'll give them credit; they finally updated the description. Keep in mind though that the other reviews on this product were made for a different product. The one now featured does not heat cold water.
Product Review: Best foot bath I have used!

This is the second foot bath I have tried, and I love it! It does heat the water, but it's best to start with warm water as it takes about 10 minutes to heat up cooler water. The nubs on the bottom of the foot bath may be a bit rough on tender feet (you could cover them with a washcloth if need be), but for the most part they feel pretty good. This bath is not as heavy as the first one from Brookstone I tried, and the water jets, bubbler, and massage features are wonderful. You can use them altogether or in any combination. I usually use all 3 at once. It is a little loud when watching TV, but you can still hear the TV if you turn the volume up. A remote control is not needed for the touch controls because they are easy to reach with your fingers, although you could use your toes like they suggest. My toes have arthritis, so that would not be something I'd want to do. I have not used the pedicure attachments yet so can't comment on these. Overall, I'm very happy with this foot bath and it helps my arthritis pain.
