This fiber is incredible. It has completely calmed all my symptoms: nausea, diarrhea, bloating and gas. It really has been life changing for me. I take it once a day, more if I start to feel bloated, and I take a teaspoon just before going out to eat or to have a few drinks -- it seems to help keep me from feeling as bad if I eat food I know could set me off. It's amazing the difference it's made for me...and not one medical expert recommended it to me! I found it here on the internet. Thank you, Heather!
