I love this stuff! It took me the better part of a month to really see noticeable results, but ever since then I'm going to the bathroom not just once, but twice a day. Only someone who has suffered with IBS for years can understand how thrilling this is. I wasn't sure if this was helping me at first, so I emailed the company, and Heather herself actually wrote me back! It turned out I just needed to keep gradually increasing my dose, and that did the trick. This product is a great as all the reviews indicate. This product has changed my life. My stomach would bloat so much after meals that I was afraid to eat. After I started taking this product, my stomach feels so much better and my tummy is flat once again. It is tasteless so you can put it in the majority of the foods that you normally eat. I wish amazon.com would put this product on the subscribe and save plan. I would like to receive a pouch monthly. I highly recommend this product.Product Review: Can't live without this product.

I have had stomach problems for nearly my whole life (I am 43 now), but about 15 years ago, my problems got progressively worse. I tried a lot of remedies, but nothing worked. I was having constant stomach pain, gas, diarrhea, and I would have intestinal spasms when I ate almost anything. After trying out different probiotics, enzymes, supplements, fibers, and diets, I stumbled on Heather's Tummy Care. I was amazed that such an inexpensive product just worked! I worked my way up to 3 tablespoons per day, 2 in the morning and 1 for lunch. Now I rarely have any problems at all. I still had to be careful about eating certain foods (fried foods, high sugar content, certain sauces), but I can even eat those in moderation if I've taken my fiber first. I no longer have to worry about going out to lunch with co-workers and having to head directly to the bathroom or try to mask loud stomach churning. It really has had an impact on my life.
