Product Review: Don't Waste your Money!

I bought these based off of some reviews I read and I have to say I am dissapointed. I'm a very light sleeper and was hoping that it could help drown some of light noises my neighbor produces late at night. Boy, was I wrong. It did absolutely nothing! I could hear so clearly that it was almost like I had nothing at all in my ears. Plus, they don't fit well at all, so when you try to fit them in your ear, they fit for a second and then stretch back to its regular size. I had been using Hearos' Ultimate Softness series earplugs for sleeping, which were good, but the Xtreme Protection series has them beat for both comfort and noise blocking. They are slightly thicker and softer than the Ultimate Softness earplugs, but are just as easy to roll up and insert, if you follow the directions. (And unlike the Pretty in Pink series, they do not expand before you can manage to fit them into your ear.) The Xtreme Protection earplugs have eliminated the uncomfortable pressure that I occasionally experienced with the Ultimate Softness series, and seem to block out noise a little bit better. I recommend these for quiet and comfort.
If you're using this type of earplug for the first time, don't be discouraged---it takes a little time and practice to get the hang of inserting them properly for the best results. Stick with it, and you'll be rewarded with more comfortable sleep.

If you're looking for nice disposable ear plugs for everyday use, these are perfect.
They greatly lower the volume of anything within earshot. It does NOT fully mute the sound, but they lowers the intensity. Sounds appear as if they are originating from further away. They're really great when you want to drown out loud sounds, such as the sound of airplane engines.
Putting them on takes a bit of getting used to. With one or two practice attempts, it only takes about a minute to insert them into your ear canals. Once they are in, they are pretty comfortable and you might forgot you are wearing them.

I am a college student who, like many people my age, tend to have trouble falling asleep. This can be a problem with early classes, exams, and a job.
I never thought I'd be the kind of person to use ear plugs. But I figured I'd give it a shot, and I bought some from a CVS. They were alright, but they cost $5+ for only 6 or so pairs.
These Hearos brand are well known, a brand that people actually seem to like (just look at all the reviews on all their products). Not to mention I got 14 pairs for UNDER 5 dollars.
Last but not least, these are more comfortable and more effective than any pair I've ever had. You just roll them up, and they fit in my ear very easily. They feel better in my ears, and aren't as agitating as my CVS brand. I can lay my head on the pillow and it doesn't hurt, and I can't hardly hear ANYTHING.
Cheap. High quality. High quantity. Super effective.
Will buy from again, when my 14 pairs wear out one day in the far future.
