Great Product!!!! can't say more about it....well built and very stable. I have difficulty doing headstands on my own so, buying this product was the best investment. It really helped me in overcoming my fear of being upside down....I use this everynight to get the benefits of it. Also helps you develop strong shoulders without compromising it. The Yoga lift has become part of my every day routine. I used to have chronic neck pain and shoulder pain from a pinched nerve. Now I spend about 3-5 minutes a day upside down and my neck pain has been reduced and even eliminated most days dramatically.Product Review: Great for the money

I am pretty sure that this headstand chair is identical to the one I saw in a catalog (minus the elastic bands that I would have never used) for $109. I just got it and am still building up my "upside down tolerance" but so far I find it plenty sturdy, safe and comfortable. I am so glad I order this one and not a more expensive one that appears to be the exact same thing. I was first going to get an inversion board but again, I'm happy I order this handy item instead. It provides the same benefits plus the added bonus of strengthening the core and balance. Received it in under a week from All4less.
