I have been shaving my head for about 3 years now. I decided to give the HeadBlade a try to see if it would work better than the 5 blade razor I had been using. It worked better then I thought it would, and definitely took some getting used to. Time spent with the HeadBlade vs. the previous razor dropped in half after using it a few times. My advice to anybody who wants to try it: read the instructions and don't rushProduct Review: It works pretty well in most areas, won't replace my Mach 3 though

I've been shaving my head for about 20 years and decided to give this a shot, since I saw it on the store shelf, and had seen a documentary on the company.
I'll give them this -- it is fun to use, and for me, it worked surprisingly well. I can't say that its any faster overall than using my trusty Mach 3 or Fusion, but, its nice to use -- just to try something different every once in a while. I still use one of my old workhorses to get around my ears. But going over the top and down the back, it did a good job and was probably does take a little less time in those areas.
So all in all, I think its pretty good tool, and a novel invention.

I love the idea of this product, the cool marketing, the design, and even the price and color. However, I hate the actual use of the headBlade as my head is not perfectly round - if it were, it'd probably be easier to use. Learning to use it is a real challenge and this is my second purchase over three years. I got one of these as a gift from a friend who thought it was a great idea. Of course, he has a full head of hair.
It took me 20 minutes to stop the bleeding enough that I could drive to work. It cut, scraped, gouged and nicked it's way across my scalp like a vampire in search of a good meal.
I threw it in the trash and went back to my Fusion Power.
