Product Reviews of HeadBlade Head Shaving Razor, 1 eachProduct Review: Hair Today? HeadBlade it! Summary: 5 StarsHad problems with a stick handle. Got the HeadBlade Razor, I love it.
If your BBC (Bald By Choice) this is the razor for you.
Product Review: Good Razor , just different Summary: 5 StarsIt goes without saying the Headblade new concept in shaving. It takes a shave or two to get use to the way it works after using a traditional blade all these years. The third time i used it, I was amazed at the closeness of the shave: very smooth. Wish it came with my prefered blade, the Gillette Mach 3.
Like other reviewers have stated, it will slice off any bumps or previous scabs from nicks. I don't use it every day. Why use 2 different razors shave my face and head? But on the weekends or when i have a date I break out the headblade.( chicks dig it)
Product Review: HeadScalp Razor Summary: 1 StarsTried this and shaved considerable skin off my head and pulled it out of the razor. Back of my head is shaved---really shaved---and bleeding. I'm sticking with a Quattro or Mach3.
Product Review: Quality Control keeps it from 5 stars Summary: 4 StarsJust recently I took the plunge to "let the dome show", and in shopping for a razor that wouldn't do quite the damage as my normal razors. I found the HeadBlade at a local grocery, and brought it home. Unfortunately, the first one had a set of "bent" clips, so the razor wouldn't stay fastened. No problems, though; I took it back for an exchange, and the replacement worked very well! Nice smooth shave, no nicks (except for one mole I consistently scrape raw), and haven't had any problems cleaning it.
Another reviewer suggested the HeadBlade shaving cream, but personally I've had great luck with conventional shaving gels.
Great product!
Product Review: A perfect shave every time!!!! Summary: 5 StarsI have been using the Headblade for over a year now and love it!!! I have never shaved my head with anything else. It is definately a different feel than using a regular razor so I can see why other reviewers that are used to using regular razors had some trouble.
The Gillette Atra blades are soon going to be discontinued but will be replaced with a Sensor razor blade and adapter---I e-mailed the Headblade company to find this out. The new adapter that will allow Sensor blades to be used will be available sometime in early 2006, according to Headblade.
If you purchase this razor be sure and purchase Headslick too. Headslick is the company's shaving cream. Traditional shaving creams are too foamy or thick(gel) to work well for shaving your head. Headslick works perfectly!!
A great design and cheaper here than in retail outlets of the companies website.
