This bounce bounce is a great thing to have around, especially if you work from home. Breaks become healthy and fun exercise opps, just steps away from the computer. Rebounding is great for the lymphatic system (and mine needs it having had cancer awhile back).
The trampoline easily folds to a fraction of its unfolded size, has its own carrying case and the legs are quick to screw on (took me two minutes). At the same time, it is surprisingly sturdy--all metal construction except the bouncing surface and the spring cover. There are no dangers in folding or unfolding it like some of the other rebounders out there, some of which snap at their owners like hunting traps. It is mostly very quiet, though at times some squeaking in the springs does happen, which can be dealt with via a little grease.
Highly recommended for those needing a "no excuses" reason to get off their asses and bounce around for a bit in between stuff on the to-do list.
