This worthy little snack is great for everyone. At only 3-4 grams of sugar, boosting 4 grams of fiber, and 70-80 calories, its a dieters delight. Not to mention, great for diabetics too. They taste great, not too dense or fake tasting like other nutritional bars with this much fiber.
