Product Review: Misleading Information!

I was amazed to learn that there are cut off levels with drug tests. I naively thought that you get tested for a drug and if the result is over zero it's positive, if the result is less than zero then it's negative. To my surprise there are cut off levels. How are you to know this if this is your first experience with a drug test? If you spend an additional $69.99 then they will check at a lower cut off level - but it's still not zero! So what good is the test?
It was a waste of time and money as it didn't tell me what I needed to know. I did contact their customer service department and was told that they were sorry to hear that my experience was a waste of money and that I should use another lab if I found their test to be useless. I also filled out their customer satisfaction survey but received no response.

We ordered this product on Sunday, received it on Monday and sent it out on Tuesday. It got to the lab on Wednesday morning at 9 am and still on Friday night... no results. We paid the extra money for the Express kit to ensure results fast but haven't gotten anything. And when we contacted the lab and Hair Confirm, no one was able to help. I used this product twice with the knowledge and confirmation that one substance was used frequently over a long period of time. The point of the second test was to satisfy myself that I had taken enough of a hair sample. I was trying to ascertain whether any other substances in addition to the undisputed substance was used. Both tests came back totally negative. Hairconfirm customer service ignored our concerns. Parents are being lulled into a false sense of security and paying dearly for it. I would give a zero rating but your system is set up for a minimum 1 star.
