I have had plantar fasciitis for 20 years, and I have tried many remedies and different (expensive) shoes. This is the best relief I have experienced. I have no pain when wearing the heel seats, and greatly reduced pain when barefoot.Product Review: heel cups

I bought these heel cups to relieve the pain in my foot from planter facitis. It is a temporary fix until I go to the podiatrist and get some orthodics made for me. They are working fairly well but as I said, it is temporary.Product Review: not a help for me

I had hoped these heel seats would help with the discomfort of plantar fasciitis but I am unable to withstand wearing them for more than 2-3 hours at a time. I have pushed myself to use them for several weeks. Maybe they work for someone else but not for me.Product Review: permanent pain relief!

I have been using pairs of HTP's Heel Seats in all of my
footwear for a couple of years. It takes a few days to
adjust to the feel of the ridge they incorporate. I take
long morning walks on a daily basis. I am 62-years-old.

I ordered this product through HTP over 3 weeks ago, and they just sent them out today. And the only reason I found this out was that I emailed them repeatedly to find out when they would arrive. Like most people, I imagine, I ordered this product because I am in a significant amount of pain. If I had known how long the delay would be before they would even be shipped, I would have chosen a different product. I don't know whether they will work when they finally get here, but you can bet I'll return them if they don't.
