Customer Review: I don't workout without it.

This stuff is amazing. They've really worked on the flavor quite a bit. While it has improved to something I'm not about to cry about, it's not something I'm going to drink because I enjoy it so much. I drink it fast, that way the little bit of bitter after taste only happens once. 30 minutes later it's time to go. If you feel a little itchy don't worry. After a few days you won't anymore. Any of the side effects of this are completely outweighed by the benefits.
You get a GREAT workout, plenty of energy and you can do more weight and more reps the first time you use it, which means more muscle tissue is used, which means more gets rebuilt. It's really amazing stuff. It works great for cardio, too. In training for turkey trots and stuff I've checked out and I've seen times drop around 3-4 minutes in a 5K. I don't run distance well so I don't do it often so I'm never in peak condition for them so the effects are probably a lot less for those that do run often, but I can promise you that you will have a lot more kick at the end of your run.
