Hello all, I had a baby 9 months ago and since then have been literally peeing on myself. And not to mention I was not really enjoying my sexual experience. I had been doing kegels off and on to help with the problem, but nothing helped. I am so grateful to have found this product on Amazon at a great price. I ordered it on a friday and it came on Saturday! I used it right away and noticed a great difference when I was done with the first set ( I did not have to run to the bathroom right away without peeing on myself)Second day, I did not wake up in the middle of the night having to go to the bathroom what a freaking relief! The lighter colored was a little too easy so I went to the darker colored and will continue to use it. I will order the firmer one so that I may move to the next level. Its easy to clean, easy to use and small so its discreet. I am also able to start and stop my urine flow again after just two days of using the product. I knew I had to have at least one muscle in shape. Regular strength was too easy for me. If you do Kegels regularly as I do, you may want to go for the difficult level.Product Review: If you had episiotomy, may not work

I had mediolateral episiotomy in the past and I could not move this device at all. It also tilts inside with the edge falling in the groove of the episiotomy. It leaves the vagina even more stretched. I guess if the muscles have been sliced they may not be able to create circular pressure again. However I had some success with an electrical stimulator so this could be tried if GyneFlex fails.Product Review: More Than I Expected!!!!!

This product came extremely fast.It is a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures. I have only used it for a day but....it is hard...in a good way :) I started with the lighter resistance and doing 3 sets of 21 and i thought after the first set that it was a breeze. Sadly when the second set came and those muscles started trembling my reality check came! I'm 29 and have one child who is three years old. I had an emergency c-section so i honestly didn't think I needed that much tuning up, boy was I wrong. I cannot wait to review this again after a full month.
