The product is well-designed and well-made and produces results in as little as 2-3 weeks. I couldn't be happier; my girlfriend is tighter, her urination "problems" are going away, and she is experiencing orgasms during intercourse now! I was skeptical when I bought it, thinking I was paying too much for a couple pieces of plastic that wouldn't really work, but I was COMPLETELY wrong to worry. Worse than the time I got her a box of sugar free chocolates and an ab exercise ball. This did not go over well. On the plus side I am free to find a woman who doesn't need this product. I'm a 30 year old mother of 3, and I have to say, I'm very impressed with this product so far. I've only used it maybe 5 times with a day or two between each use, and I can already tell a big difference in my ability to isolate my pelvic floor muscles. The first time was using the gyneflex I was horrified at how difficult it was to hold for 10 seconds! Now it is almost easy. I will update this review in a few weeks/months, but I think this is going to be a great product!Product Review: Effective exerciser

I have done Kegels for years without mechanical assistance and believe I was doing them correctly. The addition of a resistance device makes a huge difference. I recommend these gadgets highly.Product Review: Excellent Device

I've used this for about a month now and am moving up to the firm strength. I can definitely feel a difference in the strength of my PC muscles and am looking forward to getting them even stronger. I am using this for preventive measures regarding my bladder as well as hopefully having the added benefit of increasing my pleasure during intimacy. After having three large babies, I am happy to say that I am experiencing very positive results. It's well worth 10 to 15 minutes of my day to exercise these muscles especially when I consider the alternative: painful bladder surgery. Overall, it's easy and comfortable to use, easy to clean, easy to store, and delivers what it promises. The only thing I did not like is the lubricant. I used a natural product that doesn't contain parabens. I opted for jojoba oil instead as it is an oil that is the closest match to our natural oils and thus far, I have not had any troubles using it.
