I noticed improvement for my pelvic floor within days (not weeks) like it says. I ordered the medium first and it was too hard. So I got the light strength. Within three weeks I was back to the medium set as this one became too easy. I am in my thirties, had five births, and use daily. I can now do high impact exercise without worry.
