Customer Review: Great Workout Addition

I trained for a marathon last year and used Gu Gel for parts of my training. The label says "15 before and every 45". I like to work out when I get home from work and if I'm already feeling hungry and a bit low on energy I'll take one before a workout and it helps me make it through. On workouts longer than 45 minutes to an hour I take one along the way and again it helps on the tail end of the workout. Where aerobically I might be fine but my legs just feel tired and sluggish Gu helps to alleviate the issue. While I wouldn't eat Gu Gel for dinner, the Tri Berry is a decent enough flavor to enjoy during a workout.
