This product seems to be a nifty item for nasal irrigation. I've only tried it once, because I haven't had much sinus trouble lately. Some people use it everyday or once a week, but I elected to use it when I'm experiencing nasal or sinus trouble. There does seem to be some nasal drip from time to time unexpectedly after using it, so keep tissues handy for several hours as it can come at any time, or if you turn your head at the right angle for one of the sinuses to drain the wash fluid will come dripping out.Product Review: I Had One of These

I had one of these and it worked alright, but it eventually clogged or something. I managed to get it unclogged once but it happened again. Maybe the salt was too course? I don't know. It's at a landfill now and has been replaced with a NeilMed bottle.Neilmed Sinus Rinse Bottle Kit 8 Oz I found using the bottle and the neti pot (I have both) were both more convenient and quiet than screwing around with this machine and if they break you're only out $5-10. I'm not buying the thing about the "biofilm" either, but then I would sniff gently while the water is pouring through. This seemed to help clear out air passages better.Product Review: I recommend this product

I don't see how this is any better than the plunge type nasal irrigators. it's okay, but I caught another sinus infection two weeks after using it religiously when I first got it. I wish I'd saved the money and not given up the limited counter space I have. The company was hard to reach by email and phone and unhelpful when I tried to contact them to see if I was using the device properly.Product Review: I'm Cured!

My sinuses were completely blocked.
Sinus infections 2-3 times a year and were getting worse.
Started sinus irrigation with spray bottle with salt and baking soda and warm water 2X a day morning and night. Started getting relief after 10 days. Do not be surprised by the discharge from your nose.
In Aug 2007, bought the Grossan Hydro Pulse Pulsatine Nasal & Sinus Irrigation System $97. (Amazon.com) The advantage able to pump 16 oz of solution (warm water, salt and baking soda) in 2-3 minutes. 2X a day morning and night. I use Morton Salt (without Iodine) 51 cents and Arm & Hammer Pure Baking Soda 57 cents. At Wal-Mart.
February 2008 sinus problems were "CURED"
March 2010 Still use Hydro Pulse 2X a day morning and night. Money well spent!
