Like most people who review exercise equipment, I have been into exercise and fitness all my life. I am always seeking new equipment to improve myself. This GRIP PRO TRAINING KIT is designed so that you can begin from the lowest 30 pound ring grip, and progress to the second level, which is 40 pounds. The highest level in this three-ring set is 50 pounds. Since I have been doing grip exercises for many years, I found the 50 pound grip on this set to be just right for me.
In conclusion. I love using this Grip Training Kit. In fact, I would love to see this grip ring set come in 60 to 90 pound sets.
