Product Reviews of Goosebumps Massage Balls Acupoint Sensory Stimulation Original Acupressure Massage Balls

Product Review: Great for feet
Summary: 5 Stars

I love these for my feet. I have Plantar Fasciitis and these work much better to massaging my feet than regular balls. They are made out of a very hard plastic so I need to wear socks while using them but they feel great.

Product Review: Massage Away
Summary: 5 Stars

I was building up a lot of tension in my back and was using a bouncy ballfor easement which only gave light relief and for a short time. On a suggestion from a friend, I was actually looking for the beaded/ball mat thingy that you hang over the back of your car seat or chair (with no luck) and came across these Goosebump Massage balls and some very favourable reviews.
I thought that the 'spikes' on the balls would hopefully get a better result than the bouncy balls currently were. I was right. You get two in a pack so you can do both shoulders at once, both feet or the side and back of your neck, etc.
The balls are a bit bigger and much harder if you compare to a tennis ball so I wouldnt recommend lying on them. Often I just sit and massage my 'trouble' areas whilst unwinding after work adding more pressure where I need it. If I feel i need a little extra attention I use a wall for a firmer base thus not losing any of the massage effect due to the chair's cushioned back. In this way I have never bruised myself but still have that pampered feeling one gets after a fantastic massage.

Product Review: Must have for long commute
Summary: 5 Stars

I drive 40 miles each way to work in heavy traffic and I would get terrible knots in my upper back by the shoulder blades. Using these awesome massage balls between my back and the seat I now get home without the same old knots! They have made my long commute bearable.

Product Review: Nothing Better
Summary: 5 Stars

I, too, have had mine for years. I have tried many types of massage and pain relief products, but this is by far the best. It is especially good for those knots you get in the top of the shoulders after a long period of sitting at a desk.

These are very hard, but it is there firmness that makes them so effective. And, unlike some of the other similar products, the nodes on the surface seem to be a perfect shape to push into tight muscles. If your skin is sensitive, simply use them with a layer of clothing between them and the skin.

The best way I've found to use these is lying on my bed. I put them under my shoulders -- especially just where the neck meets the shoulders -- and simply relax over them. I move them as needed. These are also amazing for those nights you just can't get to sleep. If you don't have a partner available for a neck massage before bed, these are the next best thing!

I agree with one of the other reviewers who said this was some of the best money I've ever spent.

Product Review: Outstanding
Summary: 5 Stars

I've recently started running and the arches of my feet have been the primary causality. These GooseBumps really do relieve the strain in my arches and heels. I'm actually rolling my feet on them as I type this review. I just take off my shoes when I get to my desk and roll or rest my feet on them. At $10 these are a great deal and I'm already feeling better. Thanks!
