I'm never without my Goose Bumps. If you have a headache/stiff neck, lie down and put them behind your neck. Be sure to get lots of pressure, don't do this on a soft bed without something supporting the Goose Bumps. After a few minutes, your muscles will be relaxed. You can use it on pretty much any part of your body where you have a knotted up muscle or trigger point. I have three pairs of Goose Bumps. I got my first pair for $0.25 at a yard sale. It was the best quarter I've ever spent in my life. You need to be aware that the intense pressure on a knotted up muscle will hurt a bit. But this kind of pressure is the only way to release it. You'll get to the point where "it hurts so good" because you know you're getting rid of a trigger point or cramp in your muscle.
