I love this Gnu chocolate brownie bar. Tastes great although a little "fibrous". Great for a snack between meals and provides an incredible amount of fiber in such a compact bar. Wow. I have the hardest time getting enough fiber while dieting, so I had pretty much given up. These things have 50% of your daily requirement of fiber, and only 140 calories. I have only had the Chocolate Brownie flavor -- it's a little earthy/crunchy, but if you can get past that, it's delicious, filling, and really satisfies my need for serious chocolate. So awesome. My husband loves them, too.
